When I was driving my taxi I saw a guy driving over another player. Then I tried to stop his vehicle by blocking his car. Then he leaved his car and shot the other guy. I went to the near him and asked why he did this. And he said the exact sentences in turkish "Adam vuruyorum napim. Bana "what are you doing" diyorsun da. Ben vururum" which translates to "I am shooting the guy. You said me what are you doing. I just shoot." After that I told him i'll report him to the police and the government. Then he started to speak OOC with the words included "BAN", "FORUMUNU AÇ (POST YOUR THREAD)". And at last he said "Let me give you a reason to post a thread in the forum" and shot me with no demand and reason.
