banned for 60 days no warning, for server disrespect. by kayce shakespeare

i have no prior warnings or bans, i have 50 hrs in game and i am a new player invited by friends.
i was attacked in game twice within 15 mins unprovoked i was minding my own business.
i asked in the contact admin page why no one follows the rules and tried to explain what happen, and was banned for 60 days no explanation no warning.
i have made four attempts to appeal this ban and have been rejected without explanation.
i am sorry if i broke your rules! (even though i am unsure of which one.)
all i am asking for is a explanation or a answer to whether or not this ban is gonna stick.
i have read all your rules and tried my best to follow them.
thank you for your time.
p.s. i seriously meant no disrespect, i was just frustrated and overwhelmed, i hope you will allow me to continue to play with my friends.
