Dear higher-ups,

today I received my first ban, which I believe was a wrong decision by Mike Sir. Let’s go point by point regarding Mike Wolfee Sir’s response.

First, deceiving admin: I did not deceive any admin. I provided all proof to the admin on the forum and also to Rexy. Please let me know where I deceived an admin—if I did, I am truly sorry, but as far as I know, I did not deceive anyone.

LR 1.7

Mike Sir claimed that an illegal transfer was the reason, but I provided all the proof in the forum showing I did not commit any illegal transfer. SAHP leader Haris Khan himself stated that Lucas did nothing illegal, and Rexy Sir told me it was LR 1.7. I believe he used this as an excuse not to hire me. He also said I lacked the knowledge to join the government, but I pointed out he never interviewed me, so how could he know? Another reason he gave was that I disrespected him in my DMs, but all I said was that I thought he didn’t deserve to be governor because he told me my deputy wasn’t worthy. Is this targeting?

Targeting:
I didn’t target Kolin; I met him IC for the first time on 6/12/25, so how could I? I went to the capital twice with proper IC reasons to get hired, but I was arrested. He targeted me because I applied for governor and his friend also applied. He supported his friend and said my deputy wasn’t worthy. After hearing that, I scolded him in DMs. Later, when I tried to join the government, he refused to hire me, claiming I disrespected him in private messages. As far as I know, that’s not an IC reason since DMs are OOC.

ICLY:
Whenever I visit the capital to pursue my opportunity, I’m told to leave due to the governor’s orders. How can I handle this icly?
I requested a lawyer twice but never got one. Everything happened because of Kolin’s announcement that no one would hire Lucas, which sabotaged me. all proofs are atteach in that forum when i req a lawyer in lawyer section they react my request by lol and no lawyer is that fine ?

Now:
Dear admin, please review the forum again and make a fair decision. My intention was never to target anyone—I just wanted to join the government because I applied for it. Instead, they targeted me, and now I am banned. My application, which I spent several days preparing, was rejected. This is my first ban, and I believe it is unfair. Please reconsider and help. If I am unbanned, kindly reconsider my leader application.

I got a 30-day ban for nothing. I didn’t deceive the admin—he did LR 1.7. If I wanted to target Kolin, I would have done it on the first day of the term, not in the last three days. I just applied for government because I want to join, but he targeted me. Please punish the real person; if I did something wrong, it wasn’t my intention.

§4.2 Illegal Transfer
An Illegal Transfer occurs under the following circumstances:
1. Premature Employment ○ An employee joins another government agency within seven (7) days of leaving their previous agency without obtaining approval from both the former and new organization leaders.
2. Failure to Follow Proper Procedures ○ An employee leaves their organization without following the proper
3. Violation of Promotion Guidelines procedures and independently joins another government agency. ○ If an employee leaves an organization, accepts a low-command position in the new organization, and is promoted before completing the mandatory seven (7) working days, it is considered an illegal transfer.

You cannot transfer to another org without permission of both leaders.
1.2 It is forbidden to transfer your members of organisation into another organisation. Exception: If both leaders of organisations agree for it.
