Rejected Mahmut Hollow / Appeal for 7-Day Ban (Warnings)

Hello,
I am writing to appeal my 7-day ban that was applied automatically after receiving two warnings. I received a warning because I wrote “NPC” in prime chat, which led to multiple mutes and eventually a warning.

Although I used the wrong word, I had no intention of breaking any rules or disturbing anyone. The chat was moving very fast, and I did not realize the seriousness of the situation at that moment. I never meant to harm the RP environment in any way.

I am generally a player who follows the server rules, and this incident happened unintentionally. I also play Grand RP regularly for about 12 hours every day, and I spend most of my time playing with my friends. Being banned prevents me from joining them, which is really upsetting for me.

I kindly request that you review my situation. If possible, I would appreciate it if my ban could be reduced or removed. I am ready to provide any additional information if needed.
