I was banned for cheating in your game, even though I have never used cheats or any third-party software. I strongly believe this ban is a mistake.

I am fully willing to cooperate with a full PC check or any other verification process to prove that I did not cheat. If the ban turns out to be correct, I kindly ask you to provide a clear and detailed explanation of the reason for this ban and the evidence that led to it.
