First of All I need to inform that, This is not IC and the Governor (132328) is forcing to involve curators.
The case file I submitted against SCJ was rejected by the Governor based on reasons that appear to be an incorrect interpretation of rules and process.
The Governor stated that the evidence was illegal under PSGA 1.4.1, claiming that an arresting officer cannot pass bodycam footage to a criminal. This reasoning does not apply here, as I was not arrested at the time and I am part of a legal organization, not a criminal entity. Because of this, PSGA 1.4.1 should not make the evidence illegal in this situation.
Additionally, the rejection was justified by saying that the person could only be charged with a Class A felony, while the charges mentioned in my file were written as “applicable charges.” These were not meant to be final or perfected charges, but only indicative charges to support requesting an IRB investigation. A case file intended to initiate an investigation should not be fully rejected simply because charge classification can be corrected or refined later.
The purpose of the submission was only to call IRB for investigation, not to submit a final charge sheet. Rejecting the case at this initial stage on curable or technical grounds blocks oversight and investigation without proper review. I am willing to amend or clarify anything if required, but the complete rejection on these grounds is not justified. I request Curators to review whether the rules were applied correctly in this rejection.
I think so they are just rejecting it to complete the retention period of Bodycam.
