hello sir ..

this man he want sell his car and i give offer 4.5m for this man , but he tell me first 5m and after some time 4.8m , and i dont accept buy this car for 4.8m and i keep offer him 4.5m , he dont accept than i go away from this man than he send message for me in game phone he say ok come to buy it for 4.5m , when i go to let him send offer to sell the car for me he send offer but he put the price 4.8m and we deal for 4.5m ... he try to scamm me but i leave him and dont buy it .

Not GR 1.3, you always have option to refuse to offer if you dont want to buy at that price you can simply refuse to person or press N to reject the offer.
