Rejected VDM because i was driving on the highway

I was rp racing with sports cars with my friend and i hit people who were robbing on the highway. About 5 minutes later we were coming back on the other side of the highway and i hit the same people again because they decided to go on the other side of the highway. I obviosly couldnt see them because i was going 300kmh. After this i got demorgon from Sosa Lavish for VDM. After this when i asked why, he siad i was VDM on purpose, i siad i was racing and he tried to make a scene out of this by saying that racing is non rp, when theres just casually people shooting other people driving on the highway and robbing them while standing in the fast lane, so since when that is rp and racing with sports cars is non rp? And where is my fault when im going 300kmh in the fast lane and people are robbing there.
