I came to the governor to give him an IRB board to summon. He then rejected it for no reason, according to him this document wasn't valid ive shared the document below for the admins to review. He isn't following the legislation and dismissed the document although it is valid. Then another time when I gave him the document he left the game and started avoid my meetings where then I had to stay in the goverment building until i saw him. If possible Lock this for senior curators.
