If you would allow me, I'd like to explain my point of view simply. Two people hit me with their car, and their third friend killed me. Then, he used a horn to stop the animation while I was dead, intentionally. The admin commented that I should use earplugs, which confused me. Do the dead use earplugs? That's my first point. My second point is that I follow the daily posts on the Grand RP forum regarding formats, and in one of them, someone stopped the player's movement and then killed him. Mr. Bobby punished him and said that using the horn to stop movement and then to kill is prohibited, if I remember correctly.
