I want to explain my situation.

It has been 3 days now and today is the 4th day. I was told that if I buy Grand Coins through the website, I still need to do the in-game payment check. Without that, I won’t receive the 3x bonus.

I recently started playing, and for me the 3x bonus is a really good start because it helps me make money early in the game. During the past 3 days, I watched a lot of Grand RP VODs and videos from the official YouTube channel, and I took time to learn the rules. I understand what I did wrong and it won’t happen again.

I don’t want to bother the staff. If it’s possible, I would really appreciate it if I could get a chance to buy the Grand Coins with the 3x bonus, even if it’s just one hour before the restart. That’s the only thing I’m asking for.

If it’s not possible to get the 3x through the website, then I will just accept my punishment and wait.
