1. Dear authorities, on January 12th, I received a 60-day ban under rule 1.1. Upon my appeal, my ban was changed from 1.1 to 1.4, making it a permanent ban. I am a former player and am unaware of any previous rule prohibiting having more than two accounts. If such a rule exists, I request that the ban on my main account (165850) be lifted and that my other accounts remain permanently banned. If this is the case, I apologize to the authorities.
