Hello, I am appealing a punishment given by Charbel Vybz. I was driving and chilling on the side of the road near the Ticket Factory. The Capture event had not started yet, so I was not interfering with any active RP or event rules. I was simply parked there before any restricted time or zone was in effect. I believe this punishment was a mistake and would like it to be reviewed. Thank you.
