I didn't steal the car in the green zone; I found the car here and immediately started stealing it. The place I was in is definitely not a green zone, it's not even listed as a green zone. That's why I got jailed. If it were a green zone, I couldn't steal a car. Besides, I don't even know what a secret green zone is. I got jailed unnecessarily.
