I am a player who truly enjoys playing your game. First of all, I would like to wish you good work.

My account was first suspended for 60 days and later received a suspension of 10,000 days. However, I do not have clear information about the exact reason for these penalties. I kindly ask for your help in understanding why my account was banned.

If I have violated any rules knowingly or unknowingly, I would like to sincerely express my regret and apologize. It was never my intention to disrupt the game or negatively affect other players.

I respectfully ask for my situation to be reviewed once again and, if possible, for my ban to be lifted. I assure you that I will strictly follow all game rules in the future.
