Hello Admin,
As shown in the POV, while I was attempting to steal a car, a player (ID: 117604) approached and shot me while holding a phone in his hand. This is clear Power Gaming and a violation of GR6.15 at 16:39.
Additionally, shortly afterward, another player (ID: 163918), who I believe is my bounty hunter, try to shot me without any demands at 16:40
