Dear Administration Team,
I would like to respectfully file a complaint regarding my recent 14-day ban. This is my first punishment, and I truly believe the situation was a misunderstanding.
Before the server tsunami (restart), I was at the casino with my cousin because we wanted to use the spin wheel. While we were on our way in front of the casino, an unknown player killed my cousin. At that moment, my cousin was shouting that he had been killed, and naturally, I assumed the person near us was responsible. I did not know that the player might have been trying to help or that there was another side to the situation. My reaction was based purely on what I thought had just happened to my cousin.
Unfortunately, everything escalated due to this misunderstanding.
I also want to mention that the POV provided against me was only 58 seconds long and appears to be cut. According to the complaint rules, evidence should not be cropped or edited. I respectfully believe that a full, unedited POV should have been requested to properly understand the entire situation before issuing such a serious punishment.
I fully understand the server rules and I admit that I may have reacted incorrectly in the heat of the moment. However, this is my first punishment, and receiving a 14-day ban feels extremely severe for a misunderstanding. I kindly ask the administration team to reconsider the situation and review the full context if possible.
I am not trying to disrespect anyone or avoid responsibility. I simply hope for fairness and mercy, especially considering this is my first offense.
