I was arresting a 10-15 and one of the officers there killing him and when i arrest that officer other officer kill him too and he run to water.

in this situation we are fighting against gangs but what happen we are not sure if we should to fight VS Gangs OR Leos.

If there is any other rule break i don't know you have full right to take the best decision.
