   2. 1. First Reason in government there are very less employes in organization which cause every time we see both the gates like DOC AND CAPITOL are empty.
   3. 2. Second Reason Also as i am before a (MOS) in government i face problem related to rank if someone work lot still, he has low rank and some rude and less working employees are sitting at high command
   4. 3. Third Reason There are also lot of dress-code irresponsibility like no one check the officer following a original dress code or not.
   5. My advice for improving the RolePlay level as per the not taking action like i see many criminal we catch and take it to the jail but they run out of the city and officer say this thig to admin but many time admin didn't take any action on them and again they come and laugh on the employees.
   6. i say that you need to make the fear of admin again
