1. The EMS employee responded to multiple GS calls placed by the suspects. Upon arrival, the suspects began punching the employee randomly without any prior RP interaction or demands. This was a clear bait to lure EMS into a situation for the sole purpose of harassment and violating Rule 6.5.
   Fail RP / Baiting: Using the Global System (GS) calls to lure emergency services to a location specifically to harass or hit them is considered "EMS Baiting" and falls under disrupting professional RP.
