Hello Grand RP Admin team. I hope all is well. I am reaching out on behalf of my account of 509291 Toboggan_Spooby being banned for GR 1.1. I had to go do something for a little bit and I come back to the screen of "Closed server connection." So I crashed the game and tried logging back in. It would not let me login because it said the account was already active or something along those line. My wife (IRL) also plays 531959 Ava_Spooby on the same computer. So she logged on with no issue and immediately called for an administrator. About 10 minutes went by and no one answered the call and I know it was a Saturday so I am sure everyone was busy. She messaged an administrator where Carlos Mendoza answered. From there, I chatted with the admin so avoid any confusion and can be more direct. I was concerned that my account was still logged in while my wife was logged into our only PC that we have/use. I was concerned that my account was compromised. I noticed the time when looked under family (online) kept increasing. I did not want to lose anything and it grew more concerning. I thought call/chatting with an admin directly would be the quickest method just in case something was wrong with my account. I didn't know really any other method to have it looked into as quick as possible. She plays independently to me as we only have one PC. We don't share. She plays hers and I play my account. I have attempted to attach the screenshots of Carlos' and my conversation in the proofs. If it does not work, please look at the conversation on the 531959 account. I just wanted to make sure my account was safe.

I appreciate you hearing me out as I have been dedicated to grinding and engaging in the game as much as I can and play by the rules.
