I have been an active player for a long time. However, I recently learned that I have been banned for 60 days, even though I have not violated any rules. Since I am a player who takes great care to follow the rules, this situation has surprised and upset me greatly.

I am also a Deputy in a media family, and I can prove it.
I help new players and try to teach them the rules.

I was not given clear information about the incident or rule violation that led to my account being suspended. If I made a mistake without realizing it, I would like to learn about it and correct myself.

However, I believe there was a misunderstanding or error in the process.
For this reason, I am requesting a review of my ban.

If necessary, I am prepared to provide a computer audit and a detailed explanation. My goal is to continue playing in accordance with the rules.

I have never been banned before; you can verify that this is my first ban.

I am confident that you, the esteemed Administration, will handle this matter appropriately.
