Rules violated: GR 6.15, RDM+ Metagaming

Explanation of the situation: I was driving when ID 59844 (blue car) rammed into me without any prior interaction or verbal warning. Immediately after that, ID 59850 exited his vehicle and began shooting at me without making any demands or engaging in RP (RDM). He was then joined by his friend, ID 82483,
During the encounter, ID 169846 arrived in a truck and intentionally rammed my vehicle (VDM) and joined the shooting. There was zero IC communication from any of these individuals throughout the entire encounter, which strongly suggests they were coordinating via Discord (Metagaming). I attempted to defend myself and escape, but I was eventually killed by the group.

Regarding my ramming of ID 169846: This was a desperate act of self-defense. He was actively shooting and following me with my car damaged from their initial VDM, I could not outrun the bullets and attempted to neutralize the threat to save my life.

We gave a normal demand for him to come out of the vehicle, but he didn’t comply. After that, he started running away and did UB driving.
He also ignored our demands, which clearly counts as Fail RP.
Moreover, if you check properly, most of the VDM and CR in this situation were done by him only.
So the fault is clearly on his side, and appropriate action should be taken

Ub driving lol i am riding an offroad vehicle which is allowed to go off roads and you driving a sports car on mountains so you doing ub there not me, i am hunting animals there and you came there and started abusing me,
Let admins see your footage there you abusing me i didn't did anything to you or neither i ever spoke to you, the problem with your type of players is they are toxic who just troll and ruin other players experience & after getting ban your type of players shift on another servers and keep trolling there too.

Reviewed:

• ID 59844 will be punished for CR.​
• ID 169846 will be punished for CR and GR 6.15.​
• ID 148830 will be punished for VDM.​

Additionally, if during the appeals process it is found that any submitted POV is clipped or intentionally misleading, strict action will be taken.

Self-defense does not justify rulebreaking. Players are expected to continue roleplay without violating rules, use the forums to report issues instead of taking matters into your own hands.

As for the remaining IDs, there is no clear evidence of the mentioned rule violations. There is also no solid proof of metagaming, as communication may have occurred via family radio.
