Hi im 102634. Roof is not illegal. There is a back ladder to it. The roof in question can be accessed from both outside the zone and inside the zone. You can go check it out yourself. theres a ladder on the roof behind the one in question.
Reviewed - Pov req | 0000 - can check this aswell

There is a ladder the other side but u cannot climb that ladder being on ground the other side. If u think u accessed it the right way give ur pov
