My forum account, named Snejear, was banned, and when I appealed to Lebron Pluxury, they lifted the ban on my forum account, so there was no issue of forum ban evading.

While your Snajer account was banned, you created the Ghost Rileyy account, meaning you evaded the ban. Instead, you were supposed to submit a support request via Discord only. Not only did you fail to follow the other rules, but you also did not comply with the forum rules.
