I Was Doing My Shift Where I Found A Guy In Yellow Car Stopping In Opposite lane for no reason i decided to give fine to him so i give him pullover, however he stopped on my third request but after i said i am gonna give you a fine for this.... he started running i warned him, i chased him so far but he find a spot and did code a to evade arrest
