2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization?
FIB has been an amazing adventure for me, changing the city and leaving great marks. I believe FIB is a strong organization, and with the help of many friends we can dominate the city and make an amazing FIB term. It’s been a dream to be FIB leader, more than anything in Grand RP, it’s such a big responsibility with loads of achievements and greatness. Being part of the city for years, being both gangs and state, helps you see State in different points of views.
I was just part of an amazing term as deputy, led by Tony Gold. Seeing a great term take place after so many ineffective terms, gives you some energy to want and apply for leadership. I've learned lots of things from being Deputy, and it helps build a base for what's next. Seeing the Director lead events, strategize, and have fun makes you want to take part in that as a director yourself.
I am confident to say I will have many people that will assist me. I am planning to take leadership with the help of several Ex Leaders (Most FIB), and known high commands who are willing to work with us into creating an unforgettable term. I will ensure a proper HC team is put in place, with HODs who are highly qualified for their positions.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay within the organization.
In my FIB term, everything will be a priority. HODs will be put in place, ensuring they manage the departments with confidence and professionality. All my HC of departments will be merit based when giving them positions, ensuring all are chosen properly and legally.
Human Resources will be lightly but heavily pressured at the same time, to make people are being hired and assisted. Bonuses will be high for HR as they are the heart to a strong organization.
Old strategies will be used during tactical missions and all events, to ensure that the amazing RP is brought back. Bringing more fun into situations, advanced tactics, and teamwork is put in place.
Just like mentioned above, teamwork will be a huge part of this term. Departments will work together and communicate to enhance their decisions and actions. As both communication and teamwork are very important factors within a good term.
