Rejected unban appeal

Dear Admin Team,

I am writing to appeal my 10-day ban.

I understand that the word I used in voice chat is against the server rules. At the time, I genuinely did not know that using it, even casually and without bad intent, would be considered a rule violation.

I was speaking to the officer and said “thank you,” without trying to insult, offend, or target anyone. I understand now that intent does not matter and that I am still responsible for what I said.

I respect the server rules and I regret what happened. If I had known this would lead to a ban, I would never have said it. I have learned from this situation and it will not happen again.

I respectfully ask if you would consider reducing the punishment to a shorter ban or a voice-chat mute. I enjoy playing on the server and would appreciate one more chance.
