2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation:
1. I want to be the leader of families because I believe I can bring stabilityand growth to the gang. My goal is to build a strong structure where every member knows their role and feels involved. I would focus on teamwork, and discipline and keeping the environment enjoyable. I’m active and ready to lead by example to make families both respected and competitive.
2. I want to lead families because I know I can take control and turn it into one of the strongest gangs on the server. Leadership requires authority, consistency, and smart decisions, and I’m confident in all three. I won’t tolerate inactivity or disorder—I’ll build a loyal, active crew that’s feared by enemies and respected by allies. My focus is power, reputation, and winning.
3. I want to lead families because I grew up around this life—I understand loyalty and respect. The gang needs someone who can unite people and protect its name, and make sure everyone plays their part. I’d lead from the front, and ensure families stays strong on the streets while keeping respect as our top priority.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
To improve roleplay standards in organization i will give lectures to my members daily and i will never tolerete on anything related to RP, ill ensure that all the members fully follow rp rules all my high commands will be appointed after a very strict test so we will have no chance of rule breaking.
