Hi dear admins while i was arresting this guy his friends somehow came from no where while he was already cuffed...

at 13 sec ID 5104 did GR 3.1 ( used shameful words )
at 02:04 Id 170417 + 2168 did RDM
at 02:07 id 318 did RDM
they were doing MG all time if you hear closely

He was handcuffed without reason and kept standing in the green zone for 20 minutes we request that the proof be released from the beginning

i arrested him from ph itself that doesn't mater if I'm standing or sitting there it was just 10 mins hardly
