In my POV at the beginning of the video i was following a police car to make an article that was another situation why i was following him but on the way i found the guy just roaming around he was the guy that was arrest in that situation but he was roaming freely and walking so i thought the arresting officer got code-a and that guy was walking so in short he was cuffed and it was the visual glitch that i was seeing that he was uncuff but still i drop 911 call to cuff this guy again and take him in prison but when i call or we can say drop 911 after that, that guy ID 56725 did MG and call his friend ID 50904 to kill me and save him from the police so the rest of the things is in my POV
