Telling someone to put their gun inside is not enough role play for you to start shooting. 5 seconds of demands in mandatory for sufficient RP to esclate to a Gun Fight

Exceptions are:
- If you are in the Ghetto (Red Zone)
- If there were prior on going negociations to fulfil a demand

In this POV you have done none of them.
So its GR 6.15 (RDM), the complaint is right.
