Hello Dear Administrators,
So this situation starts 3 days ago, Heres a guy named Krish Kvmm, a SAHP COS who was using personal mask on duty, as seen by my colleague Jesse Baby, she immediately reported it on the radio and we made our way to the DOC as she saw it there, she further asked the officer to identify himself, not identifying and cuffing Jesse, he breaks the 1st Outcome of his corrupt bio as he was clearly told by Kevin that there must be an IC reason to detain someone.
As we move further we see him using personal mask on duty, Here he breaks the SR 1.10.
Now, Throughout the situation, he violates multiple rules which he should be punished for, I have attached a POV, These are some KEY-TIMINGS of him breaking these rules.

1- This complaint is made after 48 hours has been passed
2- 0:33 he broke General State Rule 1.10 (Wearing your own mask while being on duty)
3- at 3:20 he did fail rp (searching for bodycam while having gun in hand)
4- at 8:49 you cuffed 2 people at one time which is also considered as in fail rp.
5- abusing outcomes- where as: 1. Krish is loyal to his org and will protect its image at all costs- can kidnap and torture people trying to tarnish the image of SAHP.
Outcome 1: You must have an IC reason.

After this situation, what we saw was clear targetting by him, he was eagerly finding us at DOC to do repeated corruption with us, even saw him misbehaving while doing corruption, has broke GR 3.1+3.2 in some aswell, since proofs have timed out for this situation, we cannot provide it.
After this, he made and closed 3 forums just to threaten and target us to take our subpoena back as he messed up and didnt clear jesse's background and we found him doing corruption and made subpoena.

After this situation, on the date of 22.04.26, 2 Of his colleagues, Nikki Huii and Rotax Royal came, they threatened us that they came to sort this issue and he says "very wrong you are doing, hes going ooc for mg and nlr", trying to threaten us.

Also the proof attached is 21:49 minutes long, hope you note that.
Also when i tried to look at his forum, i found out that he has 2 forum accounts most probably, please look into it aswell, proofs attached below.

Hoping an action will be taken, very thankful of the administrator who will be looking into this and hoping i ll get justice against this.
