Rejected SR 1.11 | 443772, 358937, 490045 and 354519 POV request

I only caught the start of what these officers were doing and they were searching cars on peoples personal property without reason. I am POV requesting these officers as I did not see the whole RP situation however from my point of view there was no RP situation at all.

Please POV request the officers as I believe they were breaking SR 1.11
