Dear Lebron,
I would like to submit a request to be removed from the blacklist, as I believe it was given to me unfairly and without sufficient reason.
The main reason for my punishment was the use of RP commands (a situation related to RP interaction), which was carried out entirely within the context of roleplay. For this same situation, administrator Nikola Verstappen issued me a 7-day ban, which is in accordance with the server rules, and I accepted it as an appropriate sanction.
However, due to reactions and discussions on the forum, additional pressure was created, after which I was also placed on the “blacklist.” I believe this decision is disproportionate, as I have never committed a violation that would justify permanent removal from the server. I have not used any alternate (twin) accounts, nor have I been interested in any material gain within the game — my goal has always been to have fun and stream.
I have been an active player on the server for almost 3 years, and I have also served as an administrator (level 4), which reflects my long-term dedication and contribution to the community.
I would like to emphasize that I never intended to offend or upset anyone. Everything was done in the spirit of entertainment and roleplay. If I did affect anyone negatively, I sincerely apologize. The video that was part of the discussion is no longer publicly available.
Considering that other players have been given a second chance, I would like to kindly ask for the same opportunity. If this is not possible at the moment, I would appreciate information on when I may reapply and what the required waiting period is.
