I received this ban approximately one year and five months ago.

Everyone became careful with prices (I mean they focused on whether the price was, for example, 2k and had 3 zeros instead of 4 or 5 zeros).
At that time, I had been offline for a while, and after I came back, the next day I started selling in the market. I wasn’t paying close attention to prices because I was selling
many products, and by mistake I added an extra zero to only one product.
About 10 minutes later, I received a ban.
No one bought this product at all and i received a permanent ban.
(If someone had bought the product, I would take responsibility. But no one bought it, and no one gave me a chance to return to the market and fix the price.)
I just want the admin to focus on my case. At least, find a solution—whether unban me , reducing its duration, or offering any reasonable alternative from your side.
