I noticed that I was banned due to a religious term. However, I did not know what it meant at the time. After doing some research, I learned that it could be considered offensive toward religion. I sincerely did not intend to disrespect anything.
I honestly don’t fully understand why I was banned or how long the ban will last. I would like to sincerely apologize to you. I was also unable to log into the game for a while, and after two months I returned, but it was during my exam period.
I kindly ask you to give me another chance.
