IMPORTANT - Rules for filling a complaint as biomask reject my complained ohk its fine but then he refer me to the Rules for Filing a complaint i want to know where this thing is mentioned u can not use Excessive Use of Capital Letters in rules for filing complain and if i use them it was not for my persnol stuff only the reason to acknowledged admin that i am unable to put all ids in suspected section

NOTE FOR ADMIN : No punishment given by biomask there is no option to seclect anything else
