2.1. I am passionate about LEO and i want to create an environment where all officers can have fun while maintaining their professionalism. I will create interesting scenarios that will maintain the concentration of everyone on their duty. I will demonstrate leadership through my actions while providing complete backing to all officers to enable them to reach their highest potential.
2.2. i have experience leading organization I know how important it is to maintain clear communication and unity. i have developed my skills to handle problems and make fast decisions. As the leader of SAHP I would focus on making sure that everyone works together as a strong team and every officer feels valued and respected.
2.3. I support personal development as well as organizational growth. i will conduct regular training sessions to help officers improve their knowledge and skills. My commitment to ongoing development will help the organization maintain its position as an expert and efficient organization which will enable it to tackle any situation with professional competence.
3. Your advice for improving the Roleplay level in the organization.
3.1. I wll host weekly promotion ceremony so the units work hard to get the promotion and it will help make the org active.
3.2. I wil make sure there is no favourtism in the organization because i've seen this in most of the organizations that Hcs are giving high Ranks to their friends without a proper interview.
3.3. there should be a unit in the gate of the hq to sell insurance and license at night time cause i've seen there are no units at night to sell insurance or license plates.
3.4. host regular meetings with the employes to maintain a good leadership and get the suggestions/feedbacks to make the organization better.
