Dear Higher Admins,
I am writing to appeal my ban for PC Cleaning I want to tell what happened when I checked my pc, because I think there was a mistake.
I was very helpful. Followed each instruction during the check. The last thing the admin told me to do was search for PcaClient in System Informer. He saw the results and banned me immediately.
I think I got banned because my logs were empty (or service disabled) But I didn't clean my PC to cover anything up. Here’s the real reason my system looks like this:
I installed Windows yesterday night. I have only turned on my PC four times since I installed it. Because the Windows is brand new, there are no old logs or history for the admin to see yet.
I use a tool called Hellzerg Optimizer. I use this to get better FPS and less lag while gaming. This tool automatically turns off Windows services like PCA to make the computer run faster.
I did not know that this optimization tool would make my PC look suspicious. I have never used any software to hide cheats or wipe my history. I just wanted my game to run smoothly on a fresh Windows setup.
I am happy to do another deep PC check at any time. You can check my Windows install date and my registry to see I am telling the truth. I really enjoy playing on GrandRP and I hope you can understand my situation.
