Hey dear administrator team,
I had forgot my password and details about the old account because I had my boards exam and I wasn't available for 2-3 months and due to a torjan virus my pc had to be fully formatted and i installed a new software in my laptop and the old social account had gone because of it and ItsFlexyy is the new account and I dont have any access to the old account and I cant access the old account throughout any means.I had one another twink but I havent played from that account and i dont know any details about it so we cannot create more than 2 account so I only have this one account active (150598).

It's been like 12 days and I'm still banned from the Rp EN3 server just for this small case (I changed my steam account). I have been a respectful RP player and banning someone without any strong reason for this many days affect our life in RP and the interest in playing regularly in it. Can someone please take any action against this topic.
