Hello Administration

I would like to respectfully request a review of my ban on Server EN2 in EN1
Previously, my account on Server EN2 was compromised due to my computer being hacked. During that time, another person gained access to my account and used cheats without my knowledge or permission. Unfortunately, this resulted in a permanent ban being placed on my account across the servers.
I completely understand the seriousness of cheating and I respect the server rules. However, I sincerely want to clarify that I was not the person using those cheats. After discovering what happened, I secured my computer and all of my accounts to ensure this situation will never happen again.
I am not asking for special treatment only for one more chance to continue playing fairly on Server EN1. I have spent time enjoying the community and I truly want to return and play legitimately.
I offer you my utmost respect and agree to whatever you wish.

I kindly ask you to reconsider the punishment or at least allow access to Server 1 separately, as I had no intention of breaking the rules myself.
