I uploaded all the evidence I could possibly find. This person had a 48k Id account in en3 and he got perm banned in may 5 and now he came back to city by ban evading. I originally didn't know him but we started to be friends and once I found out about this I immediately stopped talking to him and now im reporting him. Also hes saying in the clip that I am ban evading but I am not I believe that he knew that I was recording because he started to be more silent and he didn't talk that much.
