Rejected Ban Evading 174798

Dear Admins this person is ban evading I became friends with him the past week and I found out that hes ban evading so I wanted to report him so that I dont get in trouble for being friends with him. He told us that his main account got banned in en3 in may 5th I believe and then he created a new account with the id 174798. He told me and my friends that hes ban evading and I would like to report him. He said that I am also ban evading in the video because I believe that he found out that I was recording because he went really silent and he stopped talking. I am clean and I never got banned in any server but I found out that this guy did. Please give him the right punishment that you see fit.
