Rejected police exploitation of private property and fins

will i was driving on the highway an officer stops me then arrest me and when i ask about the reason he tell me thats i was driving fast so i ask to a laywer then he tell me there is no lawyer availabel then give me fins with 98.000 and 75min jail for what ? for driving fast on highway so i need
Financial compensation for the fins and for wasted my time
