I believe favoritism happened against me. Shisui showed unfair bias in this situation, and I was banned by Floki_Vilgeroarson under General Rule 1.6. I feel the decision was not fair and I request a proper review of my case.

This screenshot is proof of my brother’s account ban. The account was banned with GR 1.1 (M) by Shisui, and this happened when I was previously playing on my brother’s account. After that, Shisui clearly told me that if I had my own GTA 5, I should create and play on my own separate account. He also said that if I used my own account and did not share someone else’s ID, I would not be banned. I followed those exact instructions. I made my own account and stopped using my brother’s account. Despite this, I was later banned under General Rule 1.6 by Floki_Vilgeroarson. Since I followed the instructions given by Shisui himself, I believe this decision was unfair and shows favoritism and biased treatment against me. I have both the ban proof and DM proof to support this. I respectfully request a fair review and reconsideration of my ban.

Shisui wasted a lot of my time in this whole situation. He himself admitted that at that time I did not know about this rule, and instead of properly helping or clearly resolving the issue earlier, this kept getting delayed and caused unnecessary problems for me.

If this account can be wiped according to the rules, then you can wipe it — I am okay with that. If not, then that is also fine.

But I strongly request that proper action should be taken against Shisui for this unfair handling, because he gave unclear guidance, wasted my time, and now I am facing punishment even after following what he told me to do.

I want to clearly say that if Shisui had not told me to make my own account and continue playing, I would not have even touched this game again.

After my brother’s account got banned with GR 1.1, I was ready to leave the game completely. But Shisui himself told me that if I had my own GTA 5, I should create my own account and play on that account only. Because of his words, I trusted that I was allowed to continue and I followed exactly what he said.

I spent my time, effort, and hard work building everything again on my own account because I believed I was playing legally and fairly under the instructions given by him.

Now getting banned again under GR 1.6 after following his own guidance feels extremely unfair. If he had not told me to continue playing, I would never have started again in the first place.

That is why I request a fair review of my case and proper action regarding how this situation was handled.

Because of this, I also tried to apply for Admin and even for Gang Leader. I invested my time and effort into the server because I truly believed I was allowed to continue playing fairly on my own account after following the instructions given by Shisui.

Also, I need proper proof from Shisui showing where exactly I violated GR 1.6. Since I followed his own instructions to create and play on my own account, I want clear evidence of what rule I supposedly broke and why this ban was applied.

I also want to clearly state that I never did any IRL trade. I have not exchanged, sold, bought, or traded anything for real-life money or outside benefits. I played fairly and followed the rules as I understood them, so this accusation is completely false.
