This is the start of the situation: I pulled over as normal and was waiting for the officer to give me a fine and show his ID, as I usually do when I’m unsure if I’m in the wrong.

this part, he took me to off road and tried to put tape on me and process me, but in the end he left the situation.
At around 3:30, I was still handcuffed and unable to do anything. During that time, some random players started hitting him. He then asked me, “Are you calling your friends?” I couldn’t even call anyone since I was handcuffed, so I had no control over what was happening.

First of all for the reason of charges, admins you can clearly see he was doing chaotic lane change (TC 3.4.2) + Driving on opposite lane felony of 2 star (T.C. 3.2.2)

Also about left the situation actually I got code a ,(i am giving you the part where I got code a and the reconnection you can verify this by ic timing)
Also I do inform Administrator Astral Casaano about this , he approved that my 10-15 was processed by exit under arrest

And for id part , sir you guys can check i have corrupt bio I can refuse to show my id to save myself from any trouble!

I deny committing TC 3.4.2 / TC 3.2.2. I only briefly lost control of my damaged vehicle for about 1–2 seconds and immediately returned to my lane, which is visible in my POV.

This does not show intentional reckless or opposite-lane driving, only a short loss of control due to vehicle damage.

If you are claiming otherwise, please provide full POV proof showing continuous or intentional violations, not short or edited moments.

As you can see in the POV provided, the officer initially stated he stopped me only for speeding and mentioned giving me a fine (

If I was intentionally committing TC 3.4.2 / TC 3.2.2, I would not have stopped. I pulled over because I knew I had not done anything wrong and was cooperating fully, but this guy ...

My POV shows I only briefly lost control of the vehicle due to damage and immediately returned to my lane.
First time I’ve seen a situation like this: a handcuffed suspect being asked by an officer if he called his friends. How could I call anyone while I was handcuffed and had no access to my phone with my ..?
