Hello chiefs
Id like to highlight a matter i was involved in. Recently someone pov requested me and i provided my pov. I search both my ids ( main and twink) on forums every 12 hours or so incase i have a pov req i missed.
Soon enough Hermes started reviewing the forum and Asked for my pov. I was sleeping at that time so had 0 idea + then i had some work in the morning so missed it. Luckily later i checked and sent my pov. hermes reviewed it closed the forum. Everything was fine so i made my pov private which i do almost everytime after every forum.
After some time he reopened the forum and said - " ID 102634 Provide your POV to unlisted You have 6 hours for that "
Now i was online in game playing events and im pretty sure i never got the req which i should have recieved from the admin. And considering i was about to go to sleep i would miss it in forums if i didnt check it and would end up getting banned for " er 1.7 "
Now my question is shouldnt an admin notify the player outside of forums ie. in game about the pov req ? Since not being able to provide means a 30 days ban.
Even if i would have appealed i would have to wait to get unbanned even tho i always comply with admins and game procedures. Is the conduct fair.. I wonder.
Finishing off i just wanna say this forum isnt to appeal my punishment. Its fine and i accept my mistake. This is just to highlight an issue cus people normally dont search their id in forums every so hours.
