ID: 119068 and ID: 156637 were the officers from FIB who came for the meeting with their other units.
First at the TS 00:31 ID: 156637 did Gr 6.4 he tried to put tape on his fellow mate. (He doesn't have any bio to do so)
Second at the TS 00:35 ID: 119068 did Gr 6.1 she did an incorrect use /try command. After some time at TS 01:27 she did another incorrect use of /try command.
At last ID: 156637 again used /try command to put a tape on his officers' mouth at TS 02:42, which came successful as well and his mate Zeno ID: 165251 was still talking!
