Approved RDM + rulebreak GR6.15 by 89502

I was peacefully sitting inside my car at the Valuable Container location when player 89502 suddenly came there. Without making any demands, without speaking anything, he directly killed me. This was a clear RDM+GR6.15
He completely broke Rule GR6.15 which requires proper RP and demands before shooting someone outside the Ghetto.
This can be clearly seen in my POV at 1:10.
